A word from our Chef Extrodonairre......

Aloha Brethren,

For this month's stated meeting dinner, we are going to broaden our culinary horizons. We will be preparing an array of dishes to celebrate the vibrant and diverse flavors of Indian cuisine. We will have Aloo Gobi which is a delightful combination of cauliflower, chickpeas and potatoes with fragrant spices, savory Chicken Makhani, and an aromatic Goan Seafood Curry. We will serve these delicacies with loads of basmati rice and plenty of warm Naan to soak up all of the leftover juices. In addition, we will have hot Masala Chai Tea to complete the meal and give us the fortitude to complete our labors in the Lodge.  

We would like to extend the invitation to any of the brethren who would like to learn how to cook or might be interested in serving as stewards in the future. Please reach out to me by text (808.268.6808) if you would like to participate.
