Anyone wondering what's on the menu for this month's stated meeting?  Well... here it is straight from the chef's mouth...

For May's stated meeting meal we will be going back to the basics. We will be enjoying a "better than your momma's" Meatloaf with a Shitake Mushroom Gravy served with a Dauphinoise(fancy Au Gratin) Potato Casserole and Roasted Kula Zucchini(donated by own brother Noel Escobedo). We will also have a sweet surprise to help get your blood sugar elevated before we settle into the Lodge to conduct business.
