Aloha My Brothers All,

In case you were wondering what is on the menu for Wednesday's stated meeting, well... here's what our chef/Sr. Steward has to say about that!

For February we will be enjoying a southern Italian feast to honor the great Saint Valentino. I will be preparing hand-made fettuccine with a slow-roasted marinara sauce made with Kula tomatoes and sweet basil. We will also be enjoying my secret family-recipe meatballs accompanied with a kale Caesar salad, garlic ciabatta and Calrose risotto (aka white rice for the less adventurous eaters). If any of the brethren would like to learn to roll pasta, I will be preparing it starting around noon of the day of the meeting. If they are lucky, I might share my marinara and meatball recipe with them as well.
